The bulk email software allows materials to be designed in house and sent automatically for free across the internet to the targeted email addresses within seconds.
You need to evaluate the specific advantages for your business. If you have a good balk email marketing software and a list of customers or others likely to be interested in the product or service you are marketing and if your campaign goals are met with a fraction of a percentage purchase-conversion rate a direct email campaign is likely to be a good option for you.

If you are going to use a bulk email marketing software research shows you need to keep the email marketing materials catchy, concise and to the point. Most recipients opening emails from a source they don't recognize are likely to spend less than 2.5 seconds before deciding to read or trash the email.

The economic advantages of using bulk email marketing software have to be weighed with the disadvantages. The recipient may never open the email, the email may be identified as spam by an automated spam filter and trashed and if the user opens the bulk marketing email they may chose to click on the mandatory opt-out box indicating they do not want to receive future emails from the bulk email marketing source.
